First time? Welcome.
Everything you need to know before you walk in. No experience needed.
A space for stillness, taken seriously.
We facilitate a return to center through the science of sound and energy. The aim is to help you sleep better, think more clearly, feel less wound up, and recover faster from the demands of work and life.
What sound actually does.
A ritual of sound is exactly as it sounds. You lie down and allow the resonance of singing bowls and gongs to settle around you. As your nervous system slows and your breathing deepens, the mental noise simply begins to fade. There is no performance required and no belief system necessary. The effect is physiological: specific frequencies interact with the body to lower cortisol and restore the natural quality of your sleep and focus.
Subtle work. Visible change.
The Pranic energy modality is a no-touch protocol developed by Grand Master Choa Kok Sui and codified by the World Pranic Healing Foundation. The practitioner works a few centimeters from the body, using established techniques to reduce tension and balance the body’s energy. You stay clothed. There is no contact. Sessions usually leave people feeling lighter, less anxious, and more rested.
Your first experience, step by step.
We recommend entering the space 10 to 15 minutes early. After leaving your shoes and belongings, you’ll be invited to enjoy a quiet moment to settle into the atmosphere.
A mat, a blanket, a bolster, an eye pillow. You lie down, you adjust, you close your eyes.
As the instruments begin, your only task is to exist. Breathe naturally and allow your attention to rest or wander as it will. If you find yourself drifting into sleep, know that it is a natural and welcome part of the process.
The instruments fade into a purposeful silence. We leave you with a few minutes to slowly reawaken. Take your time to hydrate and move back into the day at a pace that feels natural to you.
Comfort, layers, that is about it.
Wear something loose and comfortable that allows you to lie down with ease. Natural fabrics work best. We recommend dressing in layers; as the nervous system settles and the body stills, your temperature will naturally drop. If you tend to feel the cold, bring a pair of warm socks. We provide everything else.
A few minutes early.
Sessions begin on time. Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. To preserve the atmosphere, we ask that phones remain off or on flight mode. Arrive lightly nourished rather than full, and try to avoid drinking water immediately before the session to ensure your rest remains uninterrupted.
